Il Perugino’s ever-changing menu, not a lot has altered since this Mosman institution opened more than two decades ago – and that’s no bad thing. Located in Mosman, Ripples at Chowder Bay is on the Taronga Zoo to Balmoral Harbour foreshore walk and offers magnificent views of Clifton Garden’s Beach. Its opening marked a momentous occasion, as it was the first time in over 100 years that the general public could enter this historic space, once reserved for secret military operations to defend Sydney Harbour.
