We booked a tour. There was no tour guide details available. We arrived on site in the dark to a construction site. There was nothing there to tour. We were ripped off and given no info about who to meet or where just a time. Absolute rubbish. I will never book with you gain. Give me a refund now!

Thank you to darren the host, he was extremely knowledgeable and had a great time with him showing us around. The hike and views were beautiful and seeing the milky way at the end was the best. Was worth the time and money thank you !

Brilliant little trip. The driver I had on the Saturday 5th Oct at 18:30 was very friendly and willing to talk to people, you could tell he knew what he was talking about throughout. The stargazing was good, would be even better on a crystal clear sky!

The brochure for this tour at our hotel said the group would be from 10-12 people. Our group had 22 people and the experience suffered greatly for this. After getting picked up we went to 6 more hotels picking up more guests. Our guide had trouble finding one of the hotels so the pick ups took 45 boring minutes. The van had very small crowded seats. It was a long drive to the glow worms. We spent about 15 minutes looking at them. Then we had a guided tour through the dark forest. The path was rather narrow and there were so many people that the people in rear half of the line could hear nothing the guide was saying and had no idea what she was pointing to in the dark. A complete waste of time. The star gazing was also worthless. Although the sky was clear, I see more stars when I look out my San Diego apartment. Then a long dark boring drive home to the many hotels. Again the brochure said 10-12 people. We had 22. I felt ripped off.

Best glow worm tour i've been on!You can see glow worms really well. The guide was excellent and very knowlegable. We were told about the history of the rainforest. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

After hotel pick up by JPT tour mini van we drove to the Natural bridge with our very experienced driver guide who painstakingly had to repeat every word in Japanese after English for the Japanese guests with us. The commentary was an amazing insight into history and geography of the area. It's not for people who are looking for an action packed trip. Recommend for those wanting to experience the wonders of nature

We really enjoyed this tour. Our two boys 7 and 10 especially liked the commentaries and learning lots of interesting things on this tour. We completely geeked out on the science bit.

Never saw glow worms before, so it was out first time. Drove up Tambourine Mountains, bought tickets and had a tour. Nothing fanciful for those expecting a big cave. Upon entering the gate, we were first brought to a room where we watched a video about glow worms. Next we had to wear a glow in the dark lanyard before entering the next room to make sure we know someone is in front of us as inside the cave is pitch dark.

The worst tour of my life. The tour guide was incredibly rude. Not worth the money. I would recommend renting a car and go there yourselves.
